      ‘Egan/DeVico: Photographs’

      
Laury Egan, “Purple Wall” archival print 2011 Laury Egan, “Purple Wall” archival print 2011 The Middletown Arts Center (MAC) presents “Egan/DeVico: Photographs,” an exhibition featuring 50 works ranging in subject from architecture to landscape by photographers Laury Egan and Vicki Devico.

      The show is on view through Feb. 25 at the MAC, located at 36 Church St.

      Egan has taught fine arts photography to adult students for more than 25 years and has been an instructor at Brookdale Community College and the Guild of Creative Art, where she is an exhibiting member. Her work is in the permanent collections of the Montclair Art Museum, the Metropolitan Opera archives and Princeton University. Her photographs have been exhibited extensively throughout the tri-state area and have been published in books, art journals and on jackets. For more information, visit www.lauryaegan.com.

      DeVico is a fine arts photographer, master archival printer and Photoshop instructor. Her images have appeared in juried shows at the Belmar Arts Council and the Guild of Creative Art, where she is an exhibiting member, as well as in exhibits at McKay Gallery in Red Bank, the Lighthouse Keeper’s residence on Sandy Hook, and area libraries.       The MAC is located next to the Middletown train station. Free parking is available on site, with additional free parking in the station’s metered lot on weekday evenings after 6 p.m. and weekends. The arts center is run by the nonprofit Middletown Township Cultural and Arts Council.
