      The Eatontown Lions Club will support the Jersey Shore Running Club at its Sandy Hook Lighthouse 5K Fun Run/Walk for the Blind at 9:30 a.m. May 2.       The Monmouth Symphony Orchestra will present the Concordia Youth Chorale at 3 p.m. May 17 at the Count Basie Theatre, 99 Monmouth St., Red Bank. A pre-concert talk will be held at 2:15 p.m. in the theater. The concert will include Walton's Henry V Suite, Brahms' Variations on a Theme by Haydn, and Hedges' Psalm 104 as sung by the Concordia Youth Chorale.       The Shrewsbury Chorale will complete its 52nd season with a concert at 8 p.m. June 6 at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Red Bank. The concert will feature Schubert's Mass in G, Dvorák's "Songs of Nature," Brahms's "Four Folk Songs," Delius' "To Be Sung of a Summer Night on the Water" and "Midsummer Song," and the American folksongs "Poor Wayfarin' Stranger" and "Shenandoah."       Hazlet Recreation will sponsor an adult hatha yoga program 9-10 a.m. for eight Mondays beginning May 4 at the James J. Cullen Center, 1776 Union Ave., Hazlet.       The horticulture club at Brookdale Community College, Newman Springs Road, Lincroft section of Middletown, will hold its annual greenhouse spring plant sale from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on May 4 and 8, and from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on May 5-7.

      Flowers, vines herbs, houseplants, vegetables, heirloom tomatoes and other plants will be available. Buyers are requested to bring a box, bag or other container to transport plants. For information, call 732-224-2387.

      St. Lawrence Church, 109 Laurence Parkway, Laurence Harbor, is seeking vendors for its spring flea market, which will be held 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. May 2. The fee is $20 per table.       Holmdel Historical Society will hold antique appraisals 10 a.m. May 9 at fellowship hall, Holmdel Community United Church of Christ, 40 Main St., Holmdel. An auction led by auctioneer Art Kravetz of Lake Como, will follow at noon. Several appraisers will give estimates of item, and cost is $5 per item. The auction will feature donated antiques, collectibles and general items, and all proceeds benefit the Society's restoration fund.

      The Society's next meeting will be 7 p.m. May 26 at Holmdel Senior Center, Crawfords Corner Road. Bill Volpe of the New Jersey Lighthouse Society will give a short talk and slide show presentation on lighthouses in New Jersey.       The NY/NJ Baykeeper and Bayshore Regional Watershed Council is seeking volunteers to take part in a cleanup of Luppatatong Creek, Keyport, 10 a.m. to noon May 16. Volunteers should bring gloves and boots (and waders if owned) because the site will be muddy. Meeting area will be on Maple Place between Broadway and Main Street.       St. Mary's Travel Group will offer a trip to the Inner Harbor, Baltimore, Md., at 8:30 a.m. on June 13 through 8 p.m. June 14. Costs range from $269-$362, depending on occupancy, and include transportation, accommodations, meals, a tour of Baltimore, and admission to Baltimore National Aquarium. An optional Mass will be at Baltimore Basilica. A trip to see QVC TV Show in West Chester, Pa., and Chaddsford (Pa.) Winery, will be from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on July 11.
