     JEFF GRANIT staff Raritan High School senior Dan Seidenberg grapples with Wallkill Valley's Ryan Callahan during their 171-pound semifinal bout on March 7 in the NJSIAA tournament held at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City. Although Seidenberg lost the triple-overtime match, he ended his career with 158 wins and two trips to the state championship match. He finished third in the state in his weight class this year.

      In a stunning turnaround that also portends a bright future, the Middletown High School South (MHSS) ice hockey team won the recent Handchen Cup as champions of the Shore Conference A Division.
